To God be the Glory!
Welcome to The Prima Word
The Journey
Spiritual growth is a journey of understanding our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and His promises to lead us to an enriched life full of grace and mercy. This space is not limited to acquiring knowledge, but to transforming our thoughts, attitudes, and actions and becoming more like Jesus. Pursuing growth equips us and draws us closer to God, the true source of life and truth. May we all experience the fullness of His love and presence in our lives as we pursue the ONE, THE UTMOST.
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. 2 Peter 3:18 [NIV]

Payback
Yet when he is found, he must restore sevenfold; Proverbs 6: 31 [NKJV] As Christians, we go through ups and downs, hills and valleys. However, God is always with us and finds a way out for us. Today’s promise is about payback, restitution of our loss. John 10:10 reminds us, " the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy.” This is the work of the devil, to steal from believers to dest

Praise
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; Psalms 149: 6 [KJV] God is always faithful. As His people, we have both a shared purpose and individual callings, but our greatest purpose is to worship Him. Our praise is not determined by our circumstances; it is rooted in the unchanging truth that God is sov

Signs and Wonders
…….by the power of signs and wonders, through the power of the Spirit of God. Romans 15: 19 [NIV] Today, God is reminding us of His power. God displays His power through us when we completely follow His ways and surrender to His will. When God transforms our hearts to submit to His will and become more like Him, He works through us so we become a blessing to others. Wh

Healer
….for I am the Lord that healeth thee. Exodus 15:26 [KJV] Sickness is real, pain is real, and brokenness in this world is even more real. However, what’s super real, true and everlasting is our Jesus. The Son of Man who conquered the grave and resurrected so we may have life, life in abundance. Jesus Christ is omnipotent, and there is nothing he cannot do. Today’s promise reflects one facet of our

Hunger
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Matthew 5:6 [NIV] Blessings are something everyone longs for. They remind us of rewards, gifts, favour, and God's goodness. Many people measure blessings by material possessions, worldly success, or personal achievements. However, for Christians, blessings carry a far deeper meaning

Always with you
“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” Hebrews 13: 5[NIV] The promises of God are absolutely certain and are fulfilled in His time. Today’s promise is even more powerful and showcases the faithfulness of God. We may fall short in our faithfulness towards God, but His faithfulness is not dependent on our faithfulness. God remains faithful even in our despair and doubt. However, this is no excuse for u

When the time is right!
The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.” Isaiah 60:22 [NIV] Faith pleases God, and as Christians, we always put our trust in His promises because we stand on a firm foundation. Faith is not only believing in the impossible but also understanding the seasons of our lives and navigating them with coura

A Waiting Heart
"Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord." Psalms 27:14 [NIV] Faith is not just believing in the impossible. It also requires waiting. God’s ways are not always our ways, nor do His methods reflect worldly methods. Today’s verse instructs us to wait for the Lord. Jesus always waited on God the Father when He walked on the earth. He partnere

Seek the Lord
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Isaiah 55: 6 [NIV] Yesterday, the Lord instructed us to draw closer to Him. Drawing close to God is not a single-day event, like attending church on a Sunday or a worship session during the week. God lives in us, and we ought to pursue Him every day of our lives. Seek Him while He may be found. If you fill yourself with the cares o

Draw Near to God
Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. James 4:8 [NIV] When God gives us a specific instruction, we must obey it. God created human beings in His image because we are His beloved bride. The primary purpose of humans is to have a relationship with God. The Bible says obedience is better than sacrifice. When we obey God, His trust in us grows, and our relationship with Him is strengthened.

Rest!
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11: 28- 30 [NIV] Rest is crucial for every believer. Striving leads to discouragement and doubt in G

Washed in the Blood
…………and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Rev 7: 14 [NKJV] Today the Lord has embossed these words on my heart, “washed in the blood.’ The outworking of faith is in the washing of our robes. Repentance is key for every Christian to be free and be a child of God. Washing robes is not an act of self-righteousness but of repentance

One Step at a Time
For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV) If you are a Christian, you've probably heard that the Christian life is a marathon, not a sprint. A marathon is not won in a few quick moments—it requires endurance, perseverance, and steady progress. In the same way, following Christ is a lifelong journey. If we treat our faith like a short race, we can easily burn out and lose strength for the journey ahead. Today's verse reminds us that we are called to w

Harvest
Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy. Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them. Psalms 126:5-6 [NIV] God’s promises are full of life and joy. The promise reminds us that nothing we did last season was a waste but an investment in this season's harvest. This really excites me for what is

The Blood
… to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. Hebrews 12:24 [NIV] As Christians, we are citizens of heavenly Jerusalem even though we live on earth, as the kingdom of God is within us. We live in the new covenant of grace and mercy, repenting for our sins, wit
